Chop Suey

I loved when my mom made this. The key is to get the pork to be nice and tender.

3 Lb Bite size pork (pork butt or 1 big handful of snow peas
-pork should 1 big handful of bean sprouts
1 large onion chopped flour
3 Tbl Molasses butter
3 Tbl Soy sauce water
3 celery stalks sliced pepper
1 Can water chestnuts, Sliced

Toss pork in flour then brown in butter.
Saut large onion in butter and add to meat.
Add molasses and soy sauce.
Add a small amount of water.
Add celery.
When almost done add snowpeas, sprouts, and water chestnuts.
Pepper to taste.
Cook until meat is tender.
Serve over white rice.PORK
