1 big handful of snow peas |

1 big handful of bean sprouts |
| 1 large onion chopped |
flour |
| 3 Tbl Molasses |
butter |
| 3 Tbl Soy sauce |
water |
| 3 celery stalks sliced |
pepper |
| 1 Can water chestnuts, Sliced |

Toss pork in flour then brown in butter. Saut large onion in butter and add to meat. Add molasses and soy sauce. Add a small amount of water. Add celery. When almost done add snowpeas, sprouts, and water chestnuts. Pepper to taste. Cook until meat is tender. Serve over white rice.PORK
