4 Zucchini (or yellow squash)	2 Cloves garlic, Minced
1 Sliced	4 Oz Can green chili, Chopped
1 Large onion, chopped	16 Oz Can whole kernel corn
3 Tbl Oil	1 Cup cheddar cheese, Grated
1/4 Tsp Garlic salt or

Saute' squash and onion in oil until barely tender. Add garlic salt (or
fresh garlic), chilies, corn and cheese; mix well. Put in buttered 1- quart
casserole and bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
