Barbecue Sauce

Yield: 2 Servings Preparation Time:
| 6 Cup Onions, chopped |
6 Tbl Vinegar |
| 6 Tbl Lea & Perrins |
2 Cup Sweet pepper, chopped |
| 1/2 Cup Honey |
2 Tbl Liquid smoke |
| 2 Cup Dry white wine |
2 Tbl Salt |
| 2 Tbl Garlic, chopped |
4 Cup Ketchup |
| 1 Tsp Mint, dried |
1 Cup Parsley, dried |
| 4 Tbl Lemon juice |
1 Tbl Louisiana hot sauce |
Place all ingredients in a pot that is big enough to hold them. Bring to a boil. Cook, covered, on low heat for several hours. From Justin Wilson's "Outside Cooking with Inside Help"
