Barbecue Sauce

Yield: 2 Servings Preparation Time:

6 Cup Onions, chopped 6 Tbl Vinegar
6 Tbl Lea & Perrins 2 Cup Sweet pepper, chopped
1/2 Cup Honey 2 Tbl Liquid smoke
2 Cup Dry white wine 2 Tbl Salt
2 Tbl Garlic, chopped 4 Cup Ketchup
1 Tsp Mint, dried 1 Cup Parsley, dried
4 Tbl Lemon juice 1 Tbl Louisiana hot sauce

Place all ingredients in a pot that is big enough to hold
them. Bring to a boil. Cook, covered, on low heat for
several hours.
