| 1 Cup Mayonnaise |
¼ Cup Dairy Sour Cream |
| 1 Tbl Horseradish |
½ Tsp Sugar |
| ¼ Cup Capers * |
1 Tbl Dijon-Style Mustard |
| 1 Tbl White Vinegar |

* Chopped Dill Pickle can be substituted for Capers. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Combine mayonnaise, capers, sour cream, mustard, horseradish, vinegar and sugar. Mix well. Serve with Beef With Caper Sauce or with any roast beef.
