Caper Sauce

Yield: 12 Servings Preparation Time:

1 Cup Mayonnaise ¼ Cup Dairy Sour Cream
1 Tbl Horseradish ½ Tsp Sugar
¼ Cup Capers * 1 Tbl Dijon-Style Mustard
1 Tbl White Vinegar

* Chopped Dill Pickle can be substituted for Capers.

Combine mayonnaise, capers, sour cream, mustard, horseradish, vinegar and
sugar. Mix well.
Serve with Beef With Caper Sauce or with any roast beef.
