Asparagus Soup

Yield: 4 Servings Preparation Time:

2 Lb asparagus, sliced into 1" 1 red potato, chopped small
1 chicken bouillon cube 2 Tbl basil
3 leeks, sliced 3 Tbl butter
1 Cup cream 1 clove garlic, pressed
4 green onion, sliced thinly 4 Cup water
2 Tbl tarragon 1 Tbl soy sauce

Saute vegetables in butter for 5 minutes. Add water and bouillon
cube; Simmer 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10
minutes more. Serve. Serves 4
